Delivery Schedule
If you order before 3.00pm, then your order will, in most circumstances be dispatched the same day.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and if your order is eligible for recorded delivery, then you'll also receive your tracking number for the Royal Mail.
We take pride in our website, and so as a result, we always aim to have all items in stock. On the rare occasion that we are unable to meet demand, we'll notify you within 24 hours so you can make another selection!
Shipping and Handling
Second Class Standard Delivery - Orders under £20 - £1.99. If you choose the free delivery option over £20 then your order will be sent out free 2nd Class.
UK First Class Standard Delivery – On orders where first class has been chosen - £2.99
UK First Class Recorded Delivery - On orders where recorded delivery has been chosen - £3.99
Orders over £50 will automatically receive second class recorded delivery if the free delivery option has been chosen. If the first class option has been chosen then we will send out your order First Class Recorded. If you do not require recorded delivery on a order over £50 then please leave comments when checking out.
We endeavour to get all orders to our valued customers as soon as possible, but please note that we are not responsible for other carriers such as the Royal Mail. Please be patient and expect orders within 28 days.
